Seventeen years of selling homes

along the Mississippi.

John Mercer spent years selling Burlington homes — first as a top-producing agent, then as a senior broker. In 2026 he founded Thrive Realty to build the brokerage he always wanted to work for: disciplined on pricing, serious about marketing, and small enough to give every client real attention.
He still runs every listing personally — the pricing, the campaign, the negotiation.
